Will you help Monoma Denmark take the next step?

Are you ready to reshape the landscape of urban living in Denmark? Monoma, a leading vacancy management and property services company in Europe, is looking for a Business Development Manager that will help us expand our business, one property at a time.

At Monoma, we're not just about managing vacant properties; we're about changing the way empty spaces are being used. As Business Development Manager, you won't just be ticking off tasks; you can make an impact on the future of urban living.

Your mission? To seek out potential business opportunities in the form of empty buildings, and to ignite a spark of curiosity in every prospect you encounter. Your canvas will be diverse and ever-changing, and you’ll be engaging with a variety of stakeholders, from local authorities to commercial property owners.

Your toolkit will extend beyond mere sales techniques; it will encompass a strategic vision, a drive for results, and the ability to navigate the digital landscape with finesse. But most importantly, you can see beyond the present into a future where every vacant property finds a new purpose.

What can you expect from us?

You will be given the opportunity to expand the Monoma Denmark business, by seeking out potential business opportunities to give vacant properties a new life. You are not only a sales manager, but also an advisor, as you will advise prospects on solutions that we offer to generate (new) business and to optimize the management of vacant properties.

We will provide you with the right tools to achieve your goals, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, databases, and magazines. As part of the European Monoma Sales Team you will also have regular meetings with your counterparts in other Monoma markets to share experiences, discuss challenges, and learn from each other.

But there is more:

  • A salary in line with your experience and knowledge;
  • Additional bonus structure, based on personal and team achievements;
  • The right tools to do the job, including mobile phone and tablet;
  • A thorough onboarding process;
  • A working place where being yourself is truly valued;
  • The opportunity to grow both functionally and personally;
  • Short lines of communication within an informal (though commercial) company;
  • An international and dynamic working environment in which entrepreneurship and initiative are highly valued.

What do we expect from you?

With your knowledge, expertise, and network in real estate, you are fully committed to this independent position. You work proactively, hands on and know how to trigger the right customers.

And of course, you have the following skills and competences:

  • At least 3 years of demonstrable commercial success in a similar job position;
  • It is essential that you are capable to perform the job independently;
  • A Bachelor real estate education is a plus; but a proven track-record also counts!;
  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills (communication, active listening);
  • Result-oriented and strategically strong minded (not afraid of taking risks);
  • Maintain a global overview of your objectives and can set the right priorities;
  • Ability to work digitally and have a good command of Microsoft Office tools;
  • Fluent in Danish and English, both written and verbal;
  • In possession of a driver’s license B and willing to travel through Denmark;
  • Able to become our new colleague as soon as possible.

In this role it is possible to combine working at the office and working from home.
