Our dedicated team of around 19 professionals, including Financial Controllers, GL Accountants and the Accounts Payable team, is looking for support. For accounts payable, we are looking for someone ready to learn and collaborate. At approx. 10 min walking distance from the train station Strijp-S, we offer a multidisciplinary working environment where your contribution counts from our bustling head office in Eindhoven.
What you will do as a Finance & Control Officer.
In this role, your primary task is to process purchase invoices and ensure timely payment. You will work accurately and clearly and liaise with suppliers via phone or e-mail where necessary.
These are your main responsibilities:
- Accurately process purchase invoices;
- Processing bank mutations correctly and on time;
- Ensures archiving/digitization of bank statements;
- You will participate in weekly progress and planning meetings and report on the progress of the project.
- Handles information requests from other departments regarding payments;
- Reports bank reconciliations to the GL Accountant and ensures correct records on a monthly basis;
- Daily administrative work to ensure everything runs smoothly.
What do you bring?
- You are proactive and can combine independence with flexibility well.
- MBO working and thinking level, preferably a completed financial study such as Financial Administration, Business Administration or Accountancy;
- Relevant work experience in a similar position;
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office. Knowledge of Exact Globe/Synergy and is a plus;
- Available 24 to 40 hours per week;
- You are a team player and an expert in organizing and organizing documentation;
- Communicative skills and excellent command of Dutch and English (both oral and written). Polish language is a big plus as we will soon be expanding in Poland.
